State of Arizona Capture Project
In spring of 2003, the vendor for the state of Arizona that was attempting to capture data accurately from four years of tax records stored on microfiche approached us to help them. They were not meeting the accuracy level required by the contract. Within weeks, we were operating at full speed. The contract called for a final review. The reviewers found a single character error in the 3.6 million records that we delivered. And our cost was lower than the less accurate vendor.
